TECHNOLOGIES OF CONTROL: V2K

There is a concerted effort to conceal the existence of advanced technology for the purpose of targeting the American public.

WHAT ARE TECHNOLOGIES OF CONTROL?:

Technologies of Control are weaponized scientific developments that can influence people's decisions, actions, thoughts, moods, and perceptions.

EXAMPLES OF CONTROL TECHNOLOGY:

The Frequency Auditory Effect (AKA Microwave Auditory Effect, Frey Effect, Voice-to-Skull (V2K):

Near the end of World War II two RADAR technicians were working on a RADAR station when they began to hear inaudible sounds. The sounds presented as clicks and pops. An investigation ensued. The results of the investigation revealed microwave energy from the RADAR equipment as the cause of the inaudible sound.

The scientific explanation for how sound can be heard without it being audible involves the connections of the human ear to the human brain. Microwaves (and other frequencies in the Electromagnetic Spectrum) can pass through wood, cloth, bone, and a long list of other materials. This is how you can receive a cell phone call inside a house or car. Microwave frequencies penetrate the skull bypassing the tiny bones in the middle ear, directly accessing the hearing nerve which sends the signals to the Auditory Cortex.

INTERNATIONAL INCIDENTS INVOLVING MICROWAVE AND V2K ATTACKS

You may remember personnel in the U.S. Embassy in Russia during the 1960's were attacked with microwaves. [1] In a similar incident, U.S. diplomatic staffers in 2017 were hearing strange sounds in their hotel rooms when they were in bed. The staffers had "suffered a bizarre array of injuries ranging from hearing loss to dizziness to concussion-like traumatic brain injuries." [2]

COMMERCIAL APPLICATIONS OF V2K

Although the Microwave Auditory Effect is relatively unknown to most people it has been featured on several TV shows and used to promote at least one movie. The science magazine "Weird Connections" featured a spot named "The Audio Spotlight" that demonstrated the capabilities of the device. [3]

MILITARY APPLICATIONS OF V2K

The military initially developed V2K for communications in special circumstances such as hostage situations. [4] However, it has become clear that they are targeting citizens with it. There are a large group of people who claim to be victims of this technology. They call themselves Targeted Individuals.
