THE INTELLIGENCE BLACK BUDGET: MONEY FOR NOTHING

Intelligence agencies have a 52.6 billion dollar Black Budget to draw on which they do not need to account for. Maybe if that were the end of this story I wouldn't need to make this post. However, they also have access to billions more through their own Venture Capital firms, illicit drug sales, and other business ventures. As with the Black Budget, they are not required to report profits. The topic goes much deeper than this and there is scant room for the details here. I feel if they want to work against the interests of the American people they should completely fund their own operations. Without any accountability or oversight, they shouldn't be trusted with our money.

SCOTLAND ADDED TO THE LIST OF POLICE STATES CREATED BY THE NSA

This was likely glossed over and suppressed here in the U.S. In yet another bit of fallout resulting from the Snowden releases, it is clear Scotland was yet another country the NSA was surveilling in the PRISM Program. From all appearances (of course the program is still top secret even though it has been exposed) the NSA was and is attempting to setup a worldwide surveillance state. Since the U.S. government hasn't reigned in the spooks, it will continue indefinitely. 

Most people I speak to about PRISM and the Worldwide Surveillance Network state: "I'm not doing anything wrong, I don't care if they're surveilling me." These people don''t realize the criteria the government chooses to apply to determine who to surveil or target for something more than surveillance is, at the civilian level, undefined. Citizens aren't told what the criteria are, it's secret. Citizens are not notified when they are targeted. Also consider that it is always changing. How would we know what behaviors to avoid? For example, what if they decided to target people with an anti-Muslim sentiment? Or because a person visited a particular website?

Total security translates to inhumanity. Innocent people always get hurt due to vague targeting criteria and abuse of the system for personal objectives and financial gain. Realize this is only one piece of a much larger mechanism.

THE PHOENIX PROGRAM: STARTLING SIMILARITIES TO GANGSTALKING PROGRAMS

The Phoenix Program, initiated in 1965, was a mass assassination operation spearheaded by the CIA during the Viet Nam War. A former CIA operative in the Phoenix program interviewed in the linked video called it a "...computerized genocide program." As the video further points out, a database of Viet Nam citizens was used to select 1,800 of them a month for extermination. The extermination program was then used by some to eliminate their rivals through the use of a "See Something, Say Something" type program, reporting their neighbors as suspected Viet Cong (VC) to U.S. forces for money. Many innocent people died. The CIA operatives collected the ears of the dead to prove they had killed people

In order to recruit people to be Bounty Hunters the CIA appealed to the candidate's sense of patriotism, informing them they were fighting communism to protect the American way of life. The situation they found on the ground diverged vastly from what they were prepared to expect. The new recruits were ordered to kill anyone on the computer generated list regardless of their complicity with the VC. The stark contradiction between what they learned during training and the reality of situation they found themselves in disillusioned many. After the war, many of these bounty hunters who returned home were unable to assimilate back into normal society due to their part in the slaughter of innocent people. Still others who had enjoyed their work during the war became mercenaries. 

We are now seeing a resurgence in the use of Bounty Hunters and computer generated lists of "suspected" [insert a label here]. The same system of snitching and murder is in place and is abused by criminals and profiteers alike. In an effort to keep the program hidden from those not involved, targets are driven to suicide through the use of silent weapons which slowly disintegrate the target's life.

The CIA uses various agencies to manage the disintegration program. The Department of Homeland Security, NSA, FBI, Local Law Enforcement, and the Military are primary assets. The community a target lives is recruited into the program by local police. The other assets attach to local police departments in order to circumnavigate laws forbidding the use of the military against citizens on U.S. soil. Doing so would be a war crime, crime against humanity, and treason.

The obvious question is "why?" Why would a government hunt down and kill its own people? This question has more than one answer. On the surface, it appears that people have been labeled as Domestic Terrorists, and are therefore traitors, enemies of the state. However the truth is far less simple. 

There are financial incentives for all of the participants in the program. Revenue streams include: Raiding the target's UCC1 account, Medical/Psychological/Weapons testing and experimentation, government grants and contracts, research and development budgets, the black budget, illegal drug sales, false flag operations, and other criminal activities.

EXECUTIVE ORDER IMPOSES SEVERE REPERCUSSIONS ON THOSE ENGAGING IN HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSES, CORRUPTION

There are people in our society today who are targeted by rogue factions of our government. They are collectively know as Targeted Individuals. Their lives are minimized and they are physically and mentally tortured. Electronic weapons, similar to those deployed against U.S. diplomats working in Cuba, are used in a covert program to decimate innocent American's lives.

FOLLOW-UP: INCENTIVES TO PHYSICIANS WHO FULLY VACCINATE CHILDREN

I recently posted an article (https://www.facebook.com/Guido.Fawkes.TI/posts/339857939828901) that points out the fact that physician's are paid incentives for vaccinating children. A reader asked me to supply a supporting citation in order to solidify the claims made. This post should provide the support required.

In the linked article, Gina Kolata and Reed Abelson point out that doctor incentives are a part of a growing trend in 2005. Incentives for physicians are in and of themselves not particularly conspiratorial. What is conspiratorial relates to preventative treatments such as vaccines which are not fully tested being forced onto newborns and infants for profit. 

The formulation of vaccines seems like a straight forward process. You put a deactivated virus or bacteria into a person which triggers the autoimmune response and prevents that disease in the future. It's not that simple.

By themselves, the dead virus and bacteria contained in vaccines will not cause the human autoimmune response required to protect it from future infections. In order to illicit that response adjuvants are used. An adjuvant is a substance that increases the immune systems response. Here is a quote from a PubMed.gov article by Tomljenovic L, Shaw CA entitled "Aluminum vaccine adjuvants: are they safe?":


"Aluminum is an experimentally demonstrated neurotoxin and the most commonly used vaccine adjuvant. Despite almost 90 years of widespread use of aluminum adjuvants, medical science's understanding about their mechanisms of action is still remarkably poor. There is also a concerning scarcity of data on toxicology and pharmacokinetics of these compounds. In spite of this, the notion that aluminum in vaccines is safe appears to be widely accepted. Experimental research, however, clearly shows that aluminum adjuvants have a potential to induce serious immunological disorders in humans. In particular, aluminum in adjuvant form carries a risk for autoimmunity, long-term brain inflammation and associated neurological complications and may thus have profound and widespread adverse health consequences. Clearly, the use of Aluminum as an adjuvant is controversial at best within the medical community. So why use it? An even better question is why is there a fanatical effort to vaccinate all newborns and infants with vaccines that contain a possible neurotoxin? One that also is known to cause autoimmune disorders? Why suppress research that questions its use? 

There is enough doubt about the use of Aluminum adjuvants to warrant FULL studies on their safety. However, the lack of full safety studies prior to the wholesale vaccination of everyone including infants with adjuvants that are potentially harmful is premature at best and detrimental at least.

Evidence (which I will not post here) points to rising levels of autoimmune disease and Autism in society. While the proof of links to vaccines containing harmful adjuvants remains to be proven, wouldn't it be prudent to prove their safety before using them? This fundamental lack of commonsense in the safety process amounts to criminality.

TODAY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE DISPENSES JUSTICE

As with most technological advances employed by our government to control us, the decision to use artificial intelligence to determine whether or not we should be incarcerated has been kept from us. This article points out how important judgements are being delegated to Artificial Intelligence. As the author points out, based on decades of racist data.

In an attempt to the improve processes involved in making such determinations the government has made an epic error. Perhaps intentionally so. They designed an automated system that analyzes data to determine probabilities. However, the foundation of the process is based on biased data. The failure to fix the data is likely based on the cost of fixing it. The choice to move forward with an AI judge under these circumstances simply perpetuates racist policies concerning incarceration.

There are other issues to be examined. The most important is the decision to automate the justice system. Another pressing concern is the decision not to inform the people of this country that our lives will be placed in the hands of a computer. If this issue doesn't rise to the level of public information, what else aren't they telling us?

OUR LIBERTY TO PRIVATE THOUGHT IS NOW BEING LITIGATED

If you read my page you are aware of technology that has the ability to see what you are thinking and to change how you think. It is actually far deeper than that, but this conveys the concept. Of course, society and the system completely deny that any of this is possible or that the Military Industrial Complex, Intelligence Agencies, or the Department of Homeland Security would target people for testing, profit, revenge, or any other reason. The system is corrupt and these organizations engage in illegal activity without care or restraint.

The Featured Article dispels the cover-up. It is very clear that the science, government and medical communities are discussing the topic right now. Specifically, they are discussing under what set of circumstances they can justify bypassing you as a person with inherent rights in order to directly interface with your brain. Interface with it in order to access your memories, monitor your thoughts and modify how you think.

It strikes me how presumptuous it is to have this conversation without us. Under what authority do they claim they have the right to do this under any circumstances? As all Targeted Individuals know, they've been doing this for a long time covertly. Now they want to peer into everyone's soul. This a tool for tyrants and psychopaths. Only a sick and twisted authoritarian of the highest magnitude would even consider doing this. Which leads us right back to the Department of Homeland Security.

If you only read one article today, read this one. This article is the herald of what is to come and hints at what has been covertly been done since the 1940's. Is it too late to scrap the current government and the systems that support it so we can start over?

THE WEEPING ANGEL: THE CIA SPYING ON US THROUGH APPLIANCES

One doesn't need to dig very deep to find evidence of the Agency's misdeeds

against mankind. I would have made that statement specific to American's, but if you have done any research, you would know they have no regard for ANY human life. Visiting their site today, I noticed they have enormous pictures of cute dogs on their site. That isn't going to cut it.

There is no way to put a pretty face on the things the Agency does. As a researcher and writer of articles published here on FB, I like to occasionally write about them. The truth is, it's a full time job writing about them. There is so much information that they release about themselves, let alone the information that resources like Wikileaks releases.I could focus my writing on them and nothing else. 

Yes. The CIA developed code to spy on American's through their appliances. I have come to the belief that it is a prerequisite if you want to join their ranks to be devoid of any morality. The depths of their depravity has no end. Do not put ANYTHING past them. I mean literally anything. There are no well meant intentions in their bag of dirty tricks.

If this were some innocuous organization, reform might be an option. However, as a whole, these criminals and their associates should be chained to the bottom of the deepest ocean. There is no help for these animals. Put them down and do the world a great service.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE DEEP STATE: AN ABC NEWS REPORT

The featured article, from ABC News, correctly points out that career politicians and bureaucrats are attempting to derail President Trump's agenda. In addition it states these factions within the government are also affecting policy. In this way, they hope to preserve the corrupt system. 

To be perfectly clear, there is a cabal within the government that supports corporate and big money interests. In return, they receive financial gain, favors and other benefits. It is a system of pay to play, one hand washes the other, and attempting to please the people who pay for treachery.

The important thing to remember is, these people are traitors. Their treason is why we are living in a police state. The underhanded things they do directly affect the republic and the lives of all of us. If there isn't an alert sent to the majority of the people of this country, we will be a democracy no more.

The liberal far left is playing a big part in this situation. They are being used. Emotional issues are put into play in order to divide the country. The issues are being spoon fed to us in conjunction with false false operations in order to distract us from the real enemy, our government. While we fight among each other, they continue with their agenda.

Do not be distracted. Keep your eye on the ball. That is, the manipulation of media, events, and social discourse with the sole purpose of hiding their actions. However, there are many other manipulations to be aware of. The control of technology has long been a tool to keep us from realizing our true potential as a country and a people. Alternative energy solutions that could free us from energy monopolies have been kept from us. The inventors of these technologies have been subjected to targeting by the Deep State and, in some cases, killed. Killing people to further their agenda is not above these people. JFK for example.

Every American needs to know the full extent of the agenda being carried out by the Deep State. It involves nothing less than our (further) enslavement. This is a tale for another article however. 

As Targeted Individuals, we are too focused on our own discomfort and plight to see that we too are being distracted. Why are we being targeted? Because we fit a profile. The profile is of people who, because of our opinions, thinking, and lifestyle, are outside of the Deep State's influence. We don't glue ourselves to the TV. We don't believe everything the government tells us. We aren't swayed by opinion, we consider facts. We are targeted because we are not cows who will be led to the slaughter without objecting strongly.

This article is valuable because it comes from a major news outlet. Reliable in the eyes of the sleeping public. To us it should be treated as a tool. A tool to wake up masses of people who will awake to enslavement of a different kind if we don't do something about it. We are the Paul Reveres of the 21st Century. Let's sound the alarm.

THE HISTORY OF THE END OF THE UNITED STATES: 50 YEARS OF THE DEEP STATE

Mark Gorton is a former Martin Marietta (now Lockheed Martin) electronic engineer who studied at Yale, Stanford and Harvard Universities. He is the founder of the Lime group of companies. Mark took an interest in the assassination of JFK and quickly became an active researcher in the area of the Deep State. On the 50th anniversary of the assassination, he sent the culmination of his research, entitled :Document: 50 Years of the Deep State", to his employees at Tower Research Capitol. Gorton lays out the growth of the Deep State from the murder of JFK. He states the people that came together to kill the President didn't disband after the killing. They stayed together because of the need to continue to cover-up the crime, which led to more crimes.
