SCOTLAND ADDED TO THE LIST OF POLICE STATES CREATED BY THE NSA

This was likely glossed over and suppressed here in the U.S. In yet another bit of fallout resulting from the Snowden releases, it is clear Scotland was yet another country the NSA was surveilling in the PRISM Program. From all appearances (of course the program is still top secret even though it has been exposed) the NSA was and is attempting to setup a worldwide surveillance state. Since the U.S. government hasn't reigned in the spooks, it will continue indefinitely. 

Most people I speak to about PRISM and the Worldwide Surveillance Network state: "I'm not doing anything wrong, I don't care if they're surveilling me." These people don''t realize the criteria the government chooses to apply to determine who to surveil or target for something more than surveillance is, at the civilian level, undefined. Citizens aren't told what the criteria are, it's secret. Citizens are not notified when they are targeted. Also consider that it is always changing. How would we know what behaviors to avoid? For example, what if they decided to target people with an anti-Muslim sentiment? Or because a person visited a particular website?

Total security translates to inhumanity. Innocent people always get hurt due to vague targeting criteria and abuse of the system for personal objectives and financial gain. Realize this is only one piece of a much larger mechanism.

THE FISA ACT & SECTION 702: A BRIEF OVERVIEW

INTRODUCTION


In the movie "Snowden", it was made clear that the CIA/NSA had systematically infiltrated every countries' communications infrastructure under the PRISM program in order to surveil their governments, businesses and citizens. The movie went onto say the surveillance was indiscriminate, targeting terrorist states along with friendly countries. The conclusion he arrived at was the surveillance wasn't about terrorism, it was about control. That observation applied to the U.S. as well.

Full spectrum, warrantless, dragnet style surveillance is now in full effect. While there seemed to be restraints in place to prevent spying on Americans without just cause, in fact, there were none. This is what Edward Snowden exposed by his leaking of documents which exposed the activity. In addition, the leaks left egg on the face of the Director of National Intelligence, James Clapper, who lied in front of a congressional committee and the nation that no such program existed. He resigned amid the fall out of the false testimony he gave.

It should be noted that Clapper then went onto join the Center for a New American Security (CNAS), a Washington, DC think tank. The CNAS' focus include terrorism, irregular warfare, and the national security implications of natural resource consumption.

FISA SECTION 702
 
Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA)[1]
provides Intelligence Agencies authorization to surveil the communications of non-US persons outside the United States.

If you watched the movie "Snowden", you know that Americans within the United States are surveilled under 702. In order to do this, a warrant must be approved by a FISA Court judge. However, as stated in the movie, the FISA Court judges rubber-stamp the warrants.

THE PROTECT AMERICA ACT OF 2007

"The Protect America Act of 2007 (PAA)[2] is a controversial amendment to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) that was signed into law by U.S. President George W. Bush. It removed the warrant requirement for government surveillance of foreign intelligence targets "reasonably believed" to be outside the United States."

"The bill allowed the monitoring of all electronic communications of "Americans communicating with foreigners who are the targets of a U.S. terrorism investigation" without a court's order or oversight, so long as it is not targeted at one particular person "reasonably believed to be" inside the country."

"The Protect America Act differed from the FISA in that no discussion of actions or character judgment of the target was required for application of the statute (i.e., to receive a FISA surveillance warrant, a FISC foreign agent definition was required). This data could be monitored only if intelligence officials acted in the context of intelligence information gathering.[3]"

All that need be required is that the target be related to an official desire for intelligence information gathering for actions on part of persons involved in surveillance to be granted full immunity from U.S. criminal or civil procedures, under Section 105B(l) of the Act. EXECUTIVE ORDER IMPOSES SEVERE REPERCUSSIONS ON THOSE ENGAGING IN HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSES, CORRUPTION

There are people in our society today who are targeted by rogue factions of our government. They are collectively know as Targeted Individuals. TODAY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE DISPENSES JUSTICE

As with most technological advances employed by our government to control us, the decision to use artificial intelligence to determine whether or not we should be incarcerated has been kept from us. This article points out how important judgements are being delegated to Artificial Intelligence. As the author points out, based on decades of racist data.

In an attempt to the improve processes involved in making such determinations the government has made an epic error. Perhaps intentionally so. They designed an automated system that analyzes data to determine probabilities. However, the foundation of the process is based on biased data. The failure to fix the data is likely based on the cost of fixing it. The choice to move forward with an AI judge under these circumstances simply perpetuates racist policies concerning incarceration.

There are other issues to be examined. The most important is the decision to automate the justice system. Another pressing concern is the decision not to inform the people of this country that our lives will be placed in the hands of a computer. If this issue doesn't rise to the level of public information, what else aren't they telling us?

HOW TRANSCRANIAL MAGNETIC STIMULATION (TMS) IS USED TO TORTURE TARGETED INDIVIDUALS

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation is a technology that uses strong magnetic fields to affect brain function. It operates on the principle that our brains are electrochemical organs in which tiny electrical charges are transferring information and instructions throughout the body. Scientists are currently exploring the possibilities of using TMS to treat depression and other mental illnesses. The intelligence community uses it for other purposes such as torture and minimizing people who they decide are enemies or assets who can be programmed through Trauma-based mind control.

...describes (at 2:09) how TMS disables parts of the brain for periods of time determined by the power level and time length of the applied magnetic field. As you might imagine, there are people which will use this technology with the worst intentions. Governments, intelligence agencies, law enforcement agencies and criminals are among these.

For the Targeted Individual (TI) this technology is the controlling factor in their lives. TIs are kept from functioning by the use of TMS on a daily and hourly basis. Many TIs believe the pain they experience in their head is simply for the sake of pain. This is incorrect. Each shot to the head is specifically targeting an area of the brain for effect. Most TIs that receive this type of targeting experience (at some point) feeling lethargic, slurred speech, biting tongue frequently, loss of fine motor movement, and other symptoms such as fatigue and sleeplessness. 

The question that remains is how strong magnetic fields are delivered. My personal opinion is there are two methods to remotely apply TMS. The first is Nanotechnology. These are molecular sized, self-assembling, self-replicating machines that are spread through Geo-Engineering. The other is Circularly Polarized Lasers possibly in the RADAR frequency range. Remember, they are delivering a strong magnetic field over a distance. Lasers represent a viable method of accomplishing this task. 

My belief in lasers as the delivery method of my TMS is based on the detection of strong X Band RADAR (laser RADAR) and Ka Band RADAR (Microwave RADAR) inside my home. As I measured the RADAR signals coming in, the operator of the signals was increasing the power of one band and then the other, as if playing around. I believe the Ka Band RADAR was related to Through-the-Wall RADAR for tracking purposes.

It is important to make the connection between TMS and the torture we receive. Once you are able to understand how this works you can predict the result of targeting of specific areas of the brain. Depending on the severity, you may also begin to predict how long the effects will last. Knowing the source and purpose of the magnetic fields can also lead to better counter-measures.

If you read my page you are aware of technology that has the ability to see what you are thinking and to change how you think. It is actually far deeper than that, but this conveys the concept. Of course, society and the system completely deny that any of this is possible or that the Military Industrial Complex, Intelligence Agencies, or the Department of Homeland Security would target people for testing, profit, revenge, or any other reason. The system is corrupt and these organizations engage in illegal activity without care or restraint.

The Featured Article dispels the cover-up. It is very clear that the science, government and medical communities are discussing the topic right now. Specifically, they are discussing under what set of circumstances they can justify bypassing you as a person with inherent rights in order to directly interface with your brain. Interface with it in order to access your memories, monitor your thoughts and modify how you think.

It strikes me how presumptuous it is to have this conversation without us. Under what authority do they claim they have the right to do this under any circumstances? As all Targeted Individuals know, they've been doing this for a long time covertly. Now they want to peer into everyone's soul. This a tool for tyrants and psychopaths. Only a sick and twisted authoritarian of the highest magnitude would even consider doing this. Which leads us right back to the Department of Homeland Security.

If you only read one article today, read this one. This article is the herald of what is to come and hints at what has been covertly been done since the 1940's. Is it too late to scrap the current government and the systems that support it so we can start over?

One doesn't need to dig very deep to find evidence of the Agency's misdeeds

against mankind. I would have made that statement specific to American's, but if you have done any research, you would know they have no regard for ANY human life. Visiting their site today, I noticed they have enormous pictures of cute dogs on their site. That isn't going to cut it.

There is no way to put a pretty face on the things the Agency does. As a researcher and writer of articles published here on FB, I like to occasionally write about them. The truth is, it's a full time job writing about them. There is so much information that they release about themselves, let alone the information that resources like Wikileaks releases.I could focus my writing on them and nothing else. 

Yes. The CIA developed code to spy on American's through their appliances. I have come to the belief that it is a prerequisite if you want to join their ranks to be devoid of any morality. The depths of their depravity has no end. Do not put ANYTHING past them. I mean literally anything. There are no well meant intentions in their bag of dirty tricks.

If this were some innocuous organization, reform might be an option. However, as a whole, these criminals and their associates should be chained to the bottom of the deepest ocean. There is no help for these animals. Put them down and do the world a great service.

Electromagnetic Fields (EMF) ad Magnetic Fields are essentially the same thing. They are both forms of electromagnetic radiation and can be found in the electromagnetic spectrum. You will also find lasers in the electromagnetic spectrum. Lasers and radar could be considered sources of EMF and as such could be used to remotely subject a person to TMS without their consent.
