THE INTELLIGENCE BLACK BUDGET: MONEY FOR NOTHING

Intelligence agencies have a 52.6 billion dollar Black Budget to draw on which they do not need to account for. Maybe if that were the end of this story I wouldn't need to make this post. However, they also have access to billions more through their own Venture Capital firms, illicit drug sales, and other business ventures. As with the Black Budget, they are not required to report profits. The topic goes much deeper than this and there is scant room for the details here. I feel if they want to work against the interests of the American people they should completely fund their own operations. Without any accountability or oversight, they shouldn't be trusted with our money.

I have been suspended for the second time in a week for posting information toTruther groups that I post to regularly. My articles are well cited and go against the official narrative.

FaceBook is a social media platform designed to bring people together who have common interests. However, if your interests include talking about current events in a way that doesn't follow the official narrative, your account will be suspended.

In a world where every nation and government is becoming a police state, control of information is paramount. There can be only one narrative... that is the narrative being portrayed by the State. The State narrows the available narratives by eliminating the ones that conflict with their own.

In a democracy censorship does not exist and when it rears its ugly head, it is slain. In a democracy private institutions fight government imposed censorship even it comes in the guise of an opportunity to "self-censor" before the government does it for you. FaceBook is on the frontline of the battle for Free Speech and they have surrendered.

They will not be the last. Particularly if all the other venues of free speech give up as well. We can only hope there are some CEO's left that are willing to do the hard work of defending the democracy that is (was) America.

SPYING ON ANTI-WAR PROTESTERS: US ARMY CONCEPT OF OPERATIONS FOR POLICE INTELLIGENCE OPERATIONS

There is nothing I love more than to catch military, law enforcement and intelligence agencies grabbing for more of our rights. Here's just another example of the power hungry establishment rent-a-cops overreaching and mission creeping. They just can't get enough.

THE PHOENIX PROGRAM: STARTLING SIMILARITIES TO GANGSTALKING PROGRAMS

The Phoenix Program, initiated in 1965, was a mass assassination operation spearheaded by the CIA during the Viet Nam War. A former CIA operative in the Phoenix program interviewed in the linked video called it a "...computerized genocide program." As the video further points out, a database of Viet Nam citizens was used to select 1,800 of them a month for extermination. The extermination program was then used by some to eliminate their rivals through the use of a "See Something, Say Something" type program, reporting their neighbors as suspected Viet Cong (VC) to U.S. forces for money. Many innocent people died. The CIA operatives collected the ears of the dead to prove they had killed people

In order to recruit people to be Bounty Hunters the CIA appealed to the candidate's sense of patriotism, informing them they were fighting communism to protect the American way of life. The situation they found on the ground diverged vastly from what they were prepared to expect. The new recruits were ordered to kill anyone on the computer generated list regardless of their complicity with the VC. The stark contradiction between what they learned during training and the reality of situation they found themselves in disillusioned many. After the war, many of these bounty hunters who returned home were unable to assimilate back into normal society due to their part in the slaughter of innocent people. Still others who had enjoyed their work during the war became mercenaries. 

We are now seeing a resurgence in the use of Bounty Hunters and computer generated lists of "suspected" [insert a label here]. The same system of snitching and murder is in place and is abused by criminals and profiteers alike. In an effort to keep the program hidden from those not involved, targets are driven to suicide through the use of silent weapons which slowly disintegrate the target's life.

The CIA uses various agencies to manage the disintegration program. The Department of Homeland Security, NSA, FBI, Local Law Enforcement, and the Military are primary assets. The community a target lives is recruited into the program by local police. The other assets attach to local police departments in order to circumnavigate laws forbidding the use of the military against citizens on U.S. soil. Doing so would be a war crime, crime against humanity, and treason.

The obvious question is "why?" Why would a government hunt down and kill its own people? This question has more than one answer. On the surface, it appears that people have been labeled as Domestic Terrorists, and are therefore traitors, enemies of the state. However the truth is far less simple. 

There are financial incentives for all of the participants in the program. Revenue streams include: Raiding the target's UCC1 account, Medical/Psychological/Weapons testing and experimentation, government grants and contracts, research and development budgets, the black budget, illegal drug sales, false flag operations, and other criminal activities.

THE FISA ACT & SECTION 702: A BRIEF OVERVIEW

INTRODUCTION


In the movie "Snowden", it was made clear that the CIA/NSA had systematically infiltrated every countries' communications infrastructure under the PRISM program in order to surveil their governments, businesses and citizens. The movie went onto say the surveillance was indiscriminate, targeting terrorist states along with friendly countries. The conclusion he arrived at was the surveillance wasn't about terrorism, it was about control. That observation applied to the U.S. as well.

Full spectrum, warrantless, dragnet style surveillance is now in full effect. While there seemed to be restraints in place to prevent spying on Americans without just cause, in fact, there were none. This is what Edward Snowden exposed by his leaking of documents which exposed the activity. In addition, the leaks left egg on the face of the Director of National Intelligence, James Clapper, who lied in front of a congressional committee and the nation that no such program existed. He resigned amid the fall out of the false testimony he gave.

It should be noted that Clapper then went onto join the Center for a New American Security (CNAS), a Washington, DC think tank. The CNAS' focus include terrorism, irregular warfare, and the national security implications of natural resource consumption.

FISA SECTION 702
 
Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA)[1]
provides Intelligence Agencies authorization to surveil the communications of non-US persons outside the United States.

If you watched the movie "Snowden", you know that Americans within the United States are surveilled under 702. In order to do this, a warrant must be approved by a FISA Court judge. However, as stated in the movie, the FISA Court judges rubber-stamp the warrants.

THE PROTECT AMERICA ACT OF 2007

"The Protect America Act of 2007 (PAA)[2] is a controversial amendment to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) that was signed into law by U.S. President George W. Bush. It removed the warrant requirement for government surveillance of foreign intelligence targets "reasonably believed" to be outside the United States."

"The bill allowed the monitoring of all electronic communications of "Americans communicating with foreigners who are the targets of a U.S. terrorism investigation" without a court's order or oversight, so long as it is not targeted at one particular person "reasonably believed to be" inside the country."

EXECUTIVE ORDER IMPOSES SEVERE REPERCUSSIONS ON THOSE ENGAGING IN HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSES, CORRUPTION

TODAY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE DISPENSES JUSTICE

As with most technological advances employed by our government to control us, the decision to use artificial intelligence to determine whether or not we should be incarcerated has been kept from us. This article points out how important judgements are being delegated to Artificial Intelligence. As the author points out, based on decades of racist data.

In an attempt to the improve processes involved in making such determinations the government has made an epic error. Perhaps intentionally so. They designed an automated system that analyzes data to determine probabilities. However, the foundation of the process is based on biased data. The failure to fix the data is likely based on the cost of fixing it. The choice to move forward with an AI judge under these circumstances simply perpetuates racist policies concerning incarceration.

There are other issues to be examined. The most important is the decision to automate the justice system. Another pressing concern is the decision not to inform the people of this country that our lives will be placed in the hands of a computer. If this issue doesn't rise to the level of public information, what else aren't they telling us?

HOW TRANSCRANIAL MAGNETIC STIMULATION (TMS) IS USED TO TORTURE TARGETED INDIVIDUALS

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation is a technology that uses strong magnetic fields to affect brain function. It operates on the principle that our brains are electrochemical organs in which tiny electrical charges are transferring information and instructions throughout the body. Scientists are currently exploring the possibilities of using TMS to treat depression and other mental illnesses. The intelligence community uses it for other purposes such as torture and minimizing people who they decide are enemies or assets who can be programmed through Trauma-based mind control.

...describes (at 2:09) how TMS disables parts of the brain for periods of time determined by the power level and time length of the applied magnetic field. As you might imagine, there are people which will use this technology with the worst intentions. Governments, intelligence agencies, law enforcement agencies and criminals are among these.

For the Targeted Individual (TI) this technology is the controlling factor in their lives. TIs are kept from functioning by the use of TMS on a daily and hourly basis. Many TIs believe the pain they experience in their head is simply for the sake of pain. This is incorrect. Each shot to the head is specifically targeting an area of the brain for effect. Most TIs that receive this type of targeting experience (at some point) feeling lethargic, slurred speech, biting tongue frequently, loss of fine motor movement, and other symptoms such as fatigue and sleeplessness. 

The question that remains is how strong magnetic fields are delivered. My personal opinion is there are two methods to remotely apply TMS. The first is Nanotechnology. These are molecular sized, self-assembling, self-replicating machines that are spread through Geo-Engineering. The other is Circularly Polarized Lasers possibly in the RADAR frequency range. Remember, they are delivering a strong magnetic field over a distance. Lasers represent a viable method of accomplishing this task. 

My belief in lasers as the delivery method of my TMS is based on the detection of strong X Band RADAR (laser RADAR) and Ka Band RADAR (Microwave RADAR) inside my home. As I measured the RADAR signals coming in, the operator of the signals was increasing the power of one band and then the other, as if playing around. I believe the Ka Band RADAR was related to Through-the-Wall RADAR for tracking purposes.

It is important to make the connection between TMS and the torture we receive. Once you are able to understand how this works you can predict the result of targeting of specific areas of the brain. Depending on the severity, you may also begin to predict how long the effects will last. Knowing the source and purpose of the magnetic fields can also lead to better counter-measures.

If you read my page you are aware of technology that has the ability to see what you are thinking and to change how you think. It is actually far deeper than that, but this conveys the concept. Of course, society and the system completely deny that any of this is possible or that the Military Industrial Complex, Intelligence Agencies, or the Department of Homeland Security would target people for testing, profit, revenge, or any other reason. The system is corrupt and these organizations engage in illegal activity without care or restraint.

The Featured Article dispels the cover-up. It is very clear that the science, government and medical communities are discussing the topic right now. Specifically, they are discussing under what set of circumstances they can justify bypassing you as a person with inherent rights in order to directly interface with your brain. Interface with it in order to access your memories, monitor your thoughts and modify how you think.

It strikes me how presumptuous it is to have this conversation without us. Under what authority do they claim they have the right to do this under any circumstances? As all Targeted Individuals know, they've been doing this for a long time covertly. Now they want to peer into everyone's soul. This a tool for tyrants and psychopaths. Only a sick and twisted authoritarian of the highest magnitude would even consider doing this. Which leads us right back to the Department of Homeland Security.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE DEEP STATE: AN ABC NEWS REPORT

The featured article, from ABC News, correctly points out that career politicians and bureaucrats are attempting to derail President Trump's agenda. In addition it states these factions within the government are also affecting policy. In this way, they hope to preserve the corrupt system. 

To be perfectly clear, there is a cabal within the government that supports corporate and big money interests. In return, they receive financial gain, favors and other benefits. It is a system of pay to play, one hand washes the other, and attempting to please the people who pay for treachery.

The important thing to remember is, these people are traitors. Their treason is why we are living in a police state. The underhanded things they do directly affect the republic and the lives of all of us. If there isn't an alert sent to the majority of the people of this country, we will be a democracy no more.

The liberal far left is playing a big part in this situation. They are being used. Emotional issues are put into play in order to divide the country. The issues are being spoon fed to us in conjunction with false false operations in order to distract us from the real enemy, our government. While we fight among each other, they continue with their agenda.

Do not be distracted. Keep your eye on the ball. That is, the manipulation of media, events, and social discourse with the sole purpose of hiding their actions. However, there are many other manipulations to be aware of. The control of technology has long been a tool to keep us from realizing our true potential as a country and a people. Alternative energy solutions that could free us from energy monopolies have been kept from us. The inventors of these technologies have been subjected to targeting by the Deep State and, in some cases, killed. Killing people to further their agenda is not above these people. JFK for example.

Every American needs to know the full extent of the agenda being carried out by the Deep State. It involves nothing less than our (further) enslavement. This is a tale for another article however. 

As Targeted Individuals, we are too focused on our own discomfort and plight to see that we too are being distracted. Why are we being targeted? Because we fit a profile. The profile is of people who, because of our opinions, thinking, and lifestyle, are outside of the Deep State's influence. We don't glue ourselves to the TV. We don't believe everything the government tells us. We aren't swayed by opinion, we consider facts. We are targeted because we are not cows who will be led to the slaughter without objecting strongly.

This article is valuable because it comes from a major news outlet. Reliable in the eyes of the sleeping public. To us it should be treated as a tool. A tool to wake up masses of people who will awake to enslavement of a different kind if we don't do something about it. We are the Paul Reveres of the 21st Century. Let's sound the alarm.

THE OCTOPUS: THE COVERT GLOBAL CRIMINAL POLITICAL MILITARY INTELLIGENCE CABAL

Many of my fellow TIs tend to engage in following the path of supernatural explanations and theories for the torture we experience. I have always maintained it is better to stay based in reality and science for answers. 

If someone releases an odorless, invisible gas into the air near you that then causes you to experience hallucinations, there are several ways to approach the search for causation. One is a scientific approach. You assume nothing and question everything then use what can be explained, disregarding what cannot. You eliminate food and drink as the culprits. You then move to the next likely possibility, the air you breathe. While you may or may not have the ability to analyze the air, you consider it a possibility. While you may not arrive at a conclusive answer, you have a reality-based source which, with the right equipment, be tested. Past uses of gases can be researched as proof the gas exists and has been used.

Another approach is examine non-scientific sources. These are endless and there is no test to rule them out. They are also likely to be discarded by most people in society. Some of these explanations include: God, aliens, magic, earth spirits, inter-dimensional beings, demons, angels, secret societies, ghosts, monsters, and others. The downside of these belief systems is the cannot be verified. They require a huge leap in faith for other members in society to believe. Taking this to government officials will likely lead to a stay in a mental institution. 

The path you choose is your own. However, do not be fooled into believing that it doesn't affect anyone else. As TIs we are viewed by the public as insane regardless of the scientific facts and past abuses by governments, groups, and individuals. Disinformation and propaganda are being used to reinforce the insanity stigma. If fully one third of us are claiming they are being tortured by ghosts and aliens, what effect does this have on the 70% of us that are attempting to expose the reality-based sources of our torture?

The answer is that the organized disinformation army will always point to those claiming fantastic sources as indicative of our entire population. In the final analysis, these claims injure any attempts to bring attention and exposure for these very real crimes. While we cannot eliminate those who will believe in the supernatural or the paid disinformation actors, I feel we need to minimize their effects. We need a galvanizing plan to move those willing to listen to reason to see the benefits of reality-based, scientific and evidentiary claims. This moves our cause forward.

Failure to streamline our demographic into acceptability in the eyes of public opinion will relegate us to the category of urban myth and worse yet, the appearance we are a large group of insane people.

They do this to attempt to keep the various narratives they put out from exploding in their faces. Apparently, they fear us. They fear us because WWIII is already underway. Electromagnetic Fields (EMF) ad Magnetic Fields are essentially the same thing. They are both forms of electromagnetic radiation and can be found in the electromagnetic spectrum. You will also find lasers in the electromagnetic spectrum. Lasers and radar could be considered sources of EMF and as such could be used to remotely subject a person to TMS without their consent.
