BLACK SCIENCE

With this post I am departing the world of credible sources and delving into the world of dark conspiracy theories. But when reviewing this link, please keep in mind, much of the work of the Military Industrial Complex is hidden from us by private corporations that do the R&D for the world's most technologically advanced fighting force in the history of man. While we may submit FOIA requests to the military, there is no such road to truth in the word of the Private Military Contractor. we may never know what they are working on or what they do.

So we must give theory a chance. Very good research comes from places that are not "credible." Why is this the case? Because a very good source of information can be labeled not credible. Yet, if we have no verifiable information from the government and its vendors, shouldn't someone try to piece it together? 

While these black projects are secret, the technology eventually seeps out. This is because academic institutions, private companies, and scientific institutions are developing similar technologies or working on parts of them. Scientific Journals and organizations such as the the IEEE publish information in the form of journals and papers for peer review. The answers are here.

The linked article may not pass the citation standards of journalistic or academic institutions, but if you are looking for information which the government will not itself publish, there are places to find it. In this case, someone has done he work for us. Before we disregard it, we should check its veracity. It may be the only chance we have to discover what they have planned for us next.
