This is a great video by the Meltons (who do very good work). It
discusses CIA mind control experiments in the 50's. With all that we
know about their work in this area, the trail grows cold after the
Church Committee's investigation into agency abuses. We know nothing
about their work in this area from the 1980's onward. I don't know about
